1. General Provisions

1.1. Registering an Ad fence on the Fencify platform means that a person wishes to offer their fence or plot of land as an Ad space on which visual advertisements (e.g., banners) will be installed.
1.2. The person registering the Ad fence (hereinafter: Registrant or Ad fence owner) may be either a private individual or a company who has the legal right to use the fence or plot of land being registered.
1.3. When registering an Ad fence, these Terms apply to the registered ad fence.
1.4. Fencify may change, supplement, or update the Terms on the Website. The Terms applicable to the registration are those published at the time the registration is submitted.
1.5. By registering an Ad fence, the Registrant grants Fencify the right to process the Registrant’s contact details (first and last name, email address, phone number, Ad fence location) for the purpose of ensuring smooth communication regarding advertisement installation and maintenance.
1.6. Fencify does not guarantee that a registered ad fence will attract tenants.

2. Ad Fence Requirements

2.1. The Ad fence (fence or plot of land) must be large enough to fit at least two banners of 2×2 m² each.
2.2. The Ad fence must be clearly visible from a road or from high-traffic areas.
2.3. The Ad fence must have regular and unobstructed access so that advertisements can be maintained or replaced if needed.
2.4. Fencify reserves the right to review the visibility and suitability of each registered Ad fence before approval.

3. Registration Process

3.1. To register an Ad fence, the following must be submitted:

  • At least 2 photos of the fence/plot of land
  • At least 2 photos of the surroundings and nearby road or high-traffic area
  • Exact location details
  • Registrant’s contact details (full name, email address, phone number)

3.2. If the information listed in point 3.1 is missing or incorrect, Fencify will reject the registration and inform the Registrant about the missing or incorrect details.
3.3. Bank account details are not requested during registration.

4. Approval and Validity

4.1. Fencify will review all submitted information, photos, and location suitability.
4.2. The Ad fence will be activated and added to the map only after approval by Fencify.
4.3. The registration is initially valid for 5 years from the date of approval.

5. Payment

5.1. The Ad fence owner will be paid 75% of the yearly Ad space rental price.
5.2. Payment will be made no later than the 15th of the following month.

6. Refusal and Removal

6.1. Fencify reserves the right to refuse to add an Ad fence or to remove an existing Ad fence if:

  • The Ad fence location is unsuitable and does not meet the requirements stated in points 2.1–2.3.
  • Advertisements are not kept in good condition or updated as needed.
  • The owner fails to fulfil their obligations even after reminders.

6.2. Fencify may not in every case be obliged to provide a detailed reason for removal, but will generally do so for the sake of transparency.

7. Liability

7.1. The Ad fence owner is responsible for ensuring that banners are clean, visible, and securely installed.
7.2. If an advertisement falls down, the owner must restore it in a timely manner and ensure its visibility.
7.3. The Ad fence owner must install the banner on the registered fence or its registered section.
7.4. The Ad fence owner must notify Fencify once the banner has been installed, and send at least one clear photo of the installed banner.
7.5. The Ad fence owner is responsible for communicating with Fencify regarding transport, banner arrival, and installation, and for responding when necessary.
7.6. If the Terms are violated, Fencify may impose a financial penalty, the amount of which will depend on the nature of the violation and the terms.
