\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

1. General Provisions<\/b><\/h4>

1.1. These sales terms and conditions (hereinafter: Terms) apply to booking and renting Ad spaces via the Fencify platform (<\/span>www.fencify.eu<\/span><\/a>, hereinafter: Website).<\/span>
<\/span>1.2. The platform is operated and the service provided by Fencify O\u00dc, registry code: 17347104, address: L\u00e4\u00e4ne maakond, L\u00e4\u00e4ne-Nigula vald, Niibi k\u00fcla, Treiali\/1, 91015, email: <\/span>info@fencify.eu<\/span><\/a> (hereinafter: Fencify).<\/span>
<\/span>1.3. The Terms apply to all legal relationships between any person (hereinafter: Client) and Fencify related to ordering an Ad space.<\/span>
<\/span>1.4. Fencify may modify, supplement, or update the Terms on the Website. The Terms applicable to an order are those published at the time the order is placed.<\/span>
<\/span>1.5. By placing an order for an Ad space, the Client confirms they have read and agree to the Terms.<\/span><\/p>

2. Service Description<\/b><\/h4>

2.1. Fencify is an intermediary platform that enables the Client to book Ad space (hereinafter: Ad space) on fences or territories owned by third parties (hereinafter: Ad fence). Fencify is not the owner of the Ad space and is not responsible for the physical surface or installation.<\/span>
<\/span>2.2. In addition to its intermediary service, Fencify offers the option to order design and printing services via its partner, Reklaamikompanii.<\/span><\/p>

3. Placing an Order<\/b><\/h4>

3.1. An Ad space booking can be made on the Website by selecting a suitable location and filling in the order form.<\/span>
<\/span>3.2. The order is considered confirmed after successful payment. The Client will receive an order confirmation by email. If the Client has an account, orders can also be managed through their user account.<\/span>
<\/span>3.3. Fencify reserves the right to refuse confirmation of an order (refunding the payment if necessary) if a technical error occurs, the availability of the Ad space has changed, or there is another valid reason, notifying the Client by email or other means.
3.4. The rental period of the advertising space is 12 (twelve) months. The rental period begins from the moment the advance payment for the advertising space has been successfully completed on the Website by the Client.

4. Payment<\/b><\/h4>

4.1. Payment for the order is made in advance. The Website offers several payment methods, including Esto bank payments, Google Pay, Apple Pay.<\/span>
<\/span>4.2. Payment is a condition for the order to take effect. Without payment, the booking will not be processed.<\/span><\/p>

5. Installation and Delivery of Advertising Materials<\/b><\/h4>

5.1. The design, printing, and installation of the advertisement (e.g., banner) are carried out either through partners or by the Client themselves.<\/span>
<\/span>5.2. Transport is the responsibility of the Client or the banner printer. Fencify does not handle transport arrangements.<\/span>
<\/span>5.3. The physical installation and maintenance of the Ad space are the responsibility of the Ad fence owner.<\/span>
<\/span>5.4. If the Client wishes to have the banner installed, they must select the installation option as an additional service before adding the Ad space to the cart. The installation fee is collected by Fencify at the time of purchase.<\/span>
<\/span>5.5. Delivery and installation terms are agreed directly with the service provider or Fencify.<\/span>
<\/span>5.6. Communication about banner transport, arrival, and installation is handled between Fencify and the renter (Client) via email, or messaging. In case of problems or other needs, the renter (Client) may contact Fencify customer support.<\/span><\/p>

6. Cancellations and Refunds<\/b><\/h4>

6.1. An order can be cancelled within 2 days after the order is placed.<\/span>
<\/span>6.2. To request a cancellation and possible refund, a written application must be submitted to Fencify customer support. All cases are handled individually.<\/span><\/p>

7. Liability<\/b><\/h4>

7.1. Fencify is not directly responsible for the actions or inactions of the Ad space owner, the quality of the advertisement printing, or its installation.<\/span>
<\/span>7.2. Fencify is only responsible for ensuring that the booking information is correctly forwarded to the relevant parties.<\/span>
<\/span>7.3. If the Ad space owner\u2019s actions cause disputes or problems, the Client may submit the relevant information to Fencify customer support, who will assess the situation and, if necessary, help find an appropriate solution or discontinue cooperation with the given Ad space.<\/span><\/p>
